It's your username for the internet services on Sprint. Someone in Sprint Tech support can change it fairly easily but it can't be one someone else has. And they also won't put anything like a nickname or other stuff usually just your name. This username is not seen by anyone though, so unless it's like your exes name cause you used to be on their account, there isn't a big reason to change it. Call tech support and ask them to change your "NAI" they will know what you are talking about.
