Defaults Keep Resetting

Whenever my phone gets powered off and back on, any settings that I have made goes back to the default settings. For example, any adjustments that I have made in sound settings go back to how it is set in the beginning. I use Go SMS pro, and when I go to text someone, it will ask which one I want to use although I had Go SMS as my default.
As much as I hate to do this, I am thinking I am going to have to do a factory reset but wanted to ask for any suggestions before I go through that hassle.

mine used to do the same thing, if you go into settings, then power savings mode, see what the settings are. at first that would happen any time my battery was under 50%. it used to drive me crazy.
try setting it to 10% battery power. also if you have norton security, it will also rest these values.
