Messaging App
Is there a Messaging app that works like the one for WebOS? I really like that there is only one thread per contact regardless of how you are communicating(SMS, GoogleChat, Yahoo, etc). Also messages sent to multiple people end up being split up so that each contact is in their own thread without duplicates for them.
Thanks in advance. - 08-07-2012, 05:51 PM

Have you looked at go sms? I think I tried that in the past.

Re: Messaging App
I've been using it for a while but I missed that functionality. I guess it's an Android thing.
webOS had a single messaging app the lumped in all together and any message you had with a person was all in the same thread, regardless of what kind of message it was. - 08-07-2012, 09:12 PM #5

Re: Messaging App
Same here. It would be awesome if OpenWebOS would have ROMs compatible with Android phones. The multi-tasking rocked.

Re: Messaging App
Not that I have found. It's sad to have to download a msg app in the first place because the stock only does the bubble text thing. Went with handcent. There were some things that WebOS just plain did better but there are some things Android does better.
