I keep denying ICS update because i don't want to lose FoxFi.

It might be easier to just get FF18, and then install WiFi Tether from the Play Store , it's free, supports infrasture, but you need root/

Trust me when i tell you that there are a lot of more reasons to stay away from the ICS update than the fear of losing foxfi. Keep gingerbread for as long as you can. ICS is going to mess up your phone. They really half assed the update.
