Idk if its only this plan but I find it incredibly stupid that my bill is due on the 18th and my phone minutes don't reset til the 25th
And it still hasn't reset even though its 12:36am on the 25th
Is the computer that resets it in western time thus resetting at 3am

I don't understand what you're asking. If you are way past due, your phone will go off exactly one week from your due date at 11:59 PM CDT , until further payment I'd made. Did I solve your question?
