After the full discharge when the device shuts off, keep turning the phone back on until it won't turn anymore. That's when you know the battery is completely dead, Then charge the device fully while the power is off. This worked wonders for my phone.

I did that, but achieved a full discharge after only 1 try, it never wanted to boot again....

GB27 now available on sxtp developers . I installed it yesterday and am seeing definite radio improvements which should hopefully translate to better battery life. I love the updates to Touchwiz (I know - not everyone loves TW).

If you decide to try it out, please be sure to read everything you can get your eyes on at SXTP and XDA first.

We're all hoping for that. ICS for the E4GT was a half baked update at best.
