I'm using AGAT Recovery instead of CWM because I couldn't find a proper version for my FI27 device. CyanogenMod 10 is my first ROM installation and I'm encountering the error ending in "Status 7". Forgive my noob-ish question, but what am I doing wrong?

Don't use agar for flashing cm10. You can find el26 cwm

Status 7 basically mens the recovery is not current or not compatible with that file. Download and flash the el26 recovery, which is based off Gingerbread, and do wiping/flashing form there.
