Anyone know how to get Emojis to work system wide or even just in messaging from an iPhone? I've tried everything: apps to auto-install the font to manually putting the Emoji font in the /system/font directory following multiple sets of instructions. I have no clue what else to try and nothing seems to work to enable Emojis.

I mainly just want to be able to see Emojis sent from friends with iPhones (one is running iOS 7, not sure if its just 7 or 7.1, the other jailbroken iOS 6).

    Thanks,

I will try it and see if it works, thanks. Hopefully it does, b/c nothing else has.

    Weird.

Did you check the settings in the 8sms app to make sure both smiley and emojis were enabled?
