Hello.
It must be because you have too much ROM. (moar... get it? bah dum tsk).
Anyways, if the battery meter is stuck, try rebooting the phone to see if it corrects it and it tells you how much battery you really have.
Some things I recommend trying:
1. Wipe cache in recovery.
2. Try flashing a different ROM.
3. Report problems to the developer/developing team.
Did a battery pull left it out for an hour . Has been fine flashed this rom back in October but just started having issues these past couple weeks. Will try the cache wipe

Ok did the wipe and re flashed rom. Let the battery drain from 90 to 1% before it turned off. Plugged it in and restarted battery back up to 42% literally after plugging in and waiting for it to turn back on. Any ideas?
