Hi,

I am contemplating on rooting my S3 and wanted your help before I make my decision. I know we can can root it and unroot it to take to the sprint store if I need to take it but how many times can I root and unroot before destroying the phone?
How long does it take to root it and unroot the phone ?
I know rooting the phone will allow me to get the latest version of OS instead of waiting for sprint to push it down. But how does it affect with the Sprint coverage? Meaning that if I somehow decide to wait for the next version of OS , will I get an update from sprint to update my android OS on my phone ? Or after I root it I am solely responsible to update the OS all the time ?

I know as well that I can delete the useless junk off of my phone which in turn could save the battery on my phone. I also read that it will increase the processing speed? Is that true enough ?

I want to know about the disadvantages and more of the advantages as well? I am kind of paranoid actually and need help!!
