Does anyone know where I can download the Anthrax Kernel? i tried a google search but all i get is links for HTC.

im a bit confused, is this kernel illegal or something? i mean we can post links to roms but not to kernels? or maybe im missing something,lol

There was a kernel back in the day with the same name using proprietary code that got the dev hit with a c&d to stop distribution. Is this a version of that kernel just for a new phone Lol.

No, it's not illegal. Chad does tread a fine line with the gpl, but he's still on the right side of it. I don't know if this is the same kernel that nrm5110 is talking about. You can find the anthrax kernel development forum thru google. I do know that chad had an issue with xda. I wasn't interested enough to pay attention to what I saw as his drama. The man is a genius when it comes to coding, but has a wicked hard on for xda and a few other kernel developers. Despite all of that, I didn't see an improvement in my phone with his kernel. Nor do I see any improvement with any of the other kernels other than stock or stock modified.

So, with that said, I don't have the link. To get it, I would have to google it again.

I don't understand how you guys can't find this. Type anthrax kernel into Google and it is the first result that comes up and several others. The forum can also be found in the tapatalk app.
