display is much better on this phone than the epic touch 4g

I have to admit, i was originally concerned with the lack of the super amoled PLUS...however, this screen is much better...the texts gets much smaller and finer and much easier to read.....

you couldn't really have small text on the epic touch 4g without it being pixelified

so how would you compare the brightness between the e4gt and sgsiii? I love the plus, but I also know the lcd2 is brighter and clearer (due to the sub pixels). I'm glad its much clearer now..although most of reviews like cnet online show one x (evo lte) and iPhone brighter...

mine too, at full brightness it's like having a flashlight in your face.

That's good to hear, then. Screen and camera were my top reasons for NOT switching if they weren't as good
