They come in packs of 5, and are little NFC stickers. You touch your phone to one of these "tiles" and you configure it to perform certain tasks. For example, tap your phone to the tile at work and your ringer changes or goes quiet. You can have it turn Bluetooth on/off, send a text message, start an eMail, etc.

Pretty good use of the NFC chip.

Good lord, the Pebble Blue is even sexier than I thought

My only issue is that for some reason, this phone SUCKS with running Gameboy emulators. Anyone else have similar experiences yet with that?

Ooh I just picked up my pebble blue s3 yesterday I'm going to get a 16 or 32 GBP sd card if the price is right today. Btw I love my s3 no problems so far and the phone runs like butter best of all I don't have to turn the phone sideways to type on the keyboard( coming from an optimus s ).

Well sorry I'm late but got mine yesterday and loving it. Getting used to Touch Wiz coming from HTC. My Sprint was only dispatching pre-ordered phones but they were taking orders for the 32 GB. Only 16GB arrived but none to sell. Got mine in white. Planning on the Zagg protector and an Incipio cover. Would love to change the launcher but have to root so holding back on that one. Hoping everyone is enjoying there's.

Unless I'm crazy, there's no rooting necessary for a different launcher. You just download it and go. You can switch between them like different browsers... Right??

Yes, but make sure you completely close out of a launcher before opening another one, or there will be conflicts.

Thanks guys. I'm really interested in installing the Nova Launcher but I'm really new t this. Read somewhere that I do have to root the phone. What I really need to find is a good how to on the Nova Launcher. Thanks again.

Just download it from the play store and install it, no root necessary. It will have some on-screen pointers when you first run it and set it up. Otherwise, just play around; it's pretty self-explanatory.
