Hey, my sd card finally got delivered so I was wondering what the best music players are. I'd prefer if it had lock screen controls and a real shuffle feature (no repeats). Equalizer isn't necessary, thanks.

Music player V2 is quite good, btunes players my personal fav. Poweramp is okay if u wanna pay.

I love winamp, although the shuffle feature is terrible.

Yeah winamp looked nice but I use shuffle a lot and it's important to me. I also heard that winamp drains battery fast

Ugh I tried playerpro and it also repeats on shuffles. I can't believe that not a single android app has this, is it really that hard to do?

Oh cool thanks I'll check that one out then. I found that UberMusic has a true shuffle feature, but it doesn't have a lockscreen widget T.T

I have not really played with the features but I uploaded ALL my music Google Music and can stream it to my phone or any computer. This way I don't have to worry that the song/album I want to play is on my phone.

Do any of these keep the screen on?

I use car tunes sometimes but i feel like the stock app sounds better through bluetooth in my car.

Well you could always put the screen timeout to like 30 minutes every time you're driving, and if it's a long drive just touch the screen every once in a while
