How warm should this phone get?

I reached 40 deg C (104 F) battery temp today, highest yet. So yes, you'll feel that. Phonecall, Bluetooth, outside in 97 F heat. I'm sure gaming will cook as well.

When multitasking and working the processor hard (gaming) mine can get pretty warm. I'm looking forward to winter, should keep my heating bill down when I put it in the middle of the room.

Exactly, or at least make me not worry about losing my gloves when I'm outside.

Mine gets warm right above the home button and the lower middle of the touchscreen.

that is not very hot at all. Just 5 degrees over my body temperature.

mine gets hot searching for a signal. I called sprint today and they told me to take into a store to get tested. However, this phone didn't start doing this until they turned on the 4g/lte service in my area.

Well I would hope so otherwise it would be time to go see the doctor. It's hot compared to my freezer. But most importantly it's the hottest reading since I got the phone.
