So I just went through all the stuff to get 50gb of free storage on DropBox. It said that I have 50gb for 24 months. My question is what happens to my 50gb storage limit after 2 years? Do I lose that or what?

Yes I believe it will revert back to the standard 2 GB free storage at that stage.. I'm sure you will be notified ahead of time that your about to loose your 50 GB space, so I would prepare ahead of time if your using more than the 2 GB.

I actually contacted them and they told me that you don't have to worry about your data. They will not delete anything. After your 2 years they will put a hold and stop you from uploading any more data until you get below the 2GB free limit. However, I doubt they will let you go indefinitely.
