My battery seems to be going downhill lately

I really dont have that many apps on the phone. I use my phone to syny e-mail all day and text and browse the web. I also notice that it is warm a lot of the times. My android usage was at 50% today and I barely used the phone.

I am also still waiting for the update.

Any ideas?

You might have a stuck app. Nothing worse than your phone working great then you get a bunch of updates and one of them gets botched blowing out your batt. Do a battery pull and let sit for 1 minute. Then re-insert batt and start it up. This will help close the offending app.

Thanks. That seemed to help. Do you know what Samsung cloud data relay is and Samsung push services are for? They are both running but I can't think of what I would use those for.

Your phone has samsung apps app and samsung more services app in the app drawer with all your apps. Also, you can save all your contacts to the Samsung cloud as well as google and phone itself. Those services you mentioned are related to those and don't do much to hurt batt so don't worry too much about them.
