Ringtone quiet at first when i get a call

Does anyone know how to fix this? Itll be quiet for the first 5 seconds then it gets loud like normal volume after. Its kinda annoying. Any help is greatly appreciated

What about turn over to mute/pause in settings under motion?

Just one that i added. I havent tried any stock tones and turn over to mute was on. I shut it off and its still doing it

Pretty sure that is a mod. I have seen several rom that state they have disabled increasing ringtone. So I think it is something you will have to root to get rid of.
