I still haven't gotten it yet.. I live in a small city in Louisiana, so I think I'm probably at the bottom of the pyramid.

Who has it who doesn't?

Haha you actually made me laugh!

I'm going to wait at least a day before I manually update it. If you manually update it do you lose all of your stuff (apps pictures app data ect)

This literally is smooth as butter... took 10min and it's awesome. All pics/apps/contacts/etcetcetc.... STILL THERE! Do it now.

If you use the method in post 2. You shouldn't lose a thing. It is the same file that will be pushed to your phone.

I manually uploaded.. Am I supposed to have a red outline of my screen when it is transitioning to different screens? Is anyone else getting this or is it just me?

I definitely don't have that and I manually updated in an unrooted state with stock rom using the post 2 method. Not sure in what condition your phone was in when you did the update.

My phone is stock.... No root, no roms or anything... Just like I got it from the store. I may try to reboot and see what happens....

This is what I get when I transition from page to page... See attached... I rebooted and it's still doing it... Now I need to figure out how to uninstall and get a different link and reinstall

I'm probably going to manually update it. I'm too impatient! For those who don't want to manually update it, (I haven't yet) I'm still waiting Saturday 8 am Louisiana, no update yet...

I also grew tired of waiting. I took the link from the forums. I really do appreciate everything you guys and gals post. This is by far the best phone out there.

Google now rocks. My wife has the EVO LTE and asked if her phone now sucks. With a straight face I told her "yours is a close second". I do hope sprint keeps up the lead and pushes 4.1 JB out to other flag ship phones ahead of the rest.

We clearly have to wait for LTE......

Yeah my brother has the EVO LTE and he is dying not having jellybean. Although I still haven't gotten it yet. Too lazy to manually do it and too impatient not to!

Actually I like TW but I also like Nova and GO but I've heard bad things about GO but I have not had any problems with it
