Been over a week and manually checking several times a a day. would thought Sprint would be able to get this out to all phones now.

Do what I did the second it was available... Do the manual update. If you follow the instructions on the post below it will update you to JB with zero issues.

Keep trying! I did the Framework trick 3 times and IT CAME FINALLY!
Settings
Applications Manager
Press All
Google Services Framework
Clear data
Press ok (DON'T PRESS ANYTHING ELSE)
Go back to settings
System Update- Samsung Software...
It should go live after pressing Check Now
If not, just repeat!
You can force the OTA update, I did it yesterday. Here is a post from a different thread that explains how... took about 6 repetitions before the manual update check worked for me. 348MB download.
I hear the OTA update sprinkles fairy dust on your S3 causing it to perform better than manually updated devices! loL!!
I think you are snorting to much fairy dust.

Wellllll when it's pretty easy to force, why not? Otherwise I would have downloaded the manual update. Plus I just got my S3, so screwing around with the framework trick gave me more chance to fondle it.
Framework trick is a placebo.
Well, I can't be sure the framework part of it does something... but I do know after repeating that process 6 times I got the OTA update. Are you saying that just repeating the "Samsung Software Update" part would do the trick?
