S 3 installing programs need help

OK I installed a 3rd party program and it says something in my settings is blocking that I looked but can't find where to unblock that please help

Thank you so much one last question when I look at pictures there's ALWAYS a square box around everybody's face??? Why and how do I get rid of that

Open a photo go to settings/facetag/off
