Prior to the update to jellybean when I would click on the menu button within the stock email app there would be a sync schedule button. That is no longer there and I have to go all the way into settings to change from peak to manual.

Is there a short cut way to do this?

I still have it....
Open email app
Menu/settings
Click on an account.
Scrowl down and right above notifications is since schedule.

prior to Jellybean you could just be in the e-mail app and hit settings and the sync option was an option on the pop up menu.
