Updated to 4.1.1 and some files wont open...

Well as soon as i did the update to the new 4.1.1,certain music files wont play and i get a message saying that the audio file isnt supported. Ive tried downloading other music players and have had no luck at all. Also some pictures will not load. What should i do?

No one at all?? Should i do a factory reset on tbe phone?

You can certainly give that a try....

Usually when that happens, the update breaks certain links to media files (and sometimes apps) that make it a pain. You could just delete the effected music and picture files off the phone and re-install them. Sometimes that works. If not, then a wipe is on order. I have had this happen to me switching phones and deleting them off and re-installing them worked.
