Is this bad?

I'm not too sure what they mean but my 3G is very slow... So are these bad numbers?

Yeah they are horrid. Worse than 56k speeds. Is network vision going on in your area?

Well I live in Staten Island... This test was taken in New Jersey right outside of where I live... There was supposed to be better 3G and LTE in my area by the end of 2012, beginning of January. I think it's gotten progressively worse after Sandy hit my area

Well... I mean come on. Of course Sandy would cause issues and also delay the LTE build out... I highly doubt after that storm they kept to the schedule. Let's be real now :rolleyes:
