I have my stock gs3 and tab 2 7.0. On both when connected to my home wifi, I can't update apps through the play store or watch YouTube videos. On both I can browse but can't do videos or updates. I have a sprint air vanadium and when I connect to just 3g everything works fine. Even when connected to 3g from air varna and using my phone mobile hot spot, it works on the tab.

I have a net gear n600 router. I've already tried power cycling both devices, removing my Google account and resetting on both. Also tried enabling download manager, but mine was never showing disabled on both

I'm at a loss........
Please help
