Hello all,

I updated my Galaxy S3 to 4.1.2 a couple of weeks ago. After the update, my phone started acting very crazy. It would freeze constantly, my messages would disappear and reappear randomly, and I constantly had to remove the phone's battery. Today, I decided to backup my phone's data with Samsung Kies so that I could do a factory reset. The backup was successful, but now I am trying to restore the data to my phone. When I connect my phone and press restore, it says that the restore was successful..yet when I look at the phone the only thing that's restored is my contacts and old messages. I am using a Mac and there is nothing wrong with my usb cable.

Does anyone know what could be wrong or have any suggestions?
