Sprint Connection Optimizer keeps turning back on

So the connection optimizer keeps turning back on even though I keep unchecking the box. Given that this piece of software does not actually optimize my connection and battery usage but in fact does the opposite along with constantly disrupting my data connection, I would really like it to stay off... Any ideas on how to get this lovely bit of code to behave properly?

just uncheck the box and back space out. It'll stay that way.

I froze it using titanium backup

Hulk is correct. Everytime you go back to that screen the box gets checked by default. But if you turn it off and don't go back to that screen it will stay off.
