Pictures taken with camera split in half

Some of the pictures that I have taken with my camera when I view them in the gallery the image looks like it has been cut in half and bottom half slid over. It does not happen every pictures just a couple random ones. This has happened before and I fixed it somehow but I cant remember how. Anyone else had this problem?

Are you saving them to the S3's internal memory or to external SD card? Usually it means that there are bad sectors and those particular pics are being stored within those sectors. If your using an external SD card, the only way to "try" to fix it is to take it out and plop it into a PC and run checkdisk reformatting if necessary. Or just buy a new SD card. If your using internal, a complete wipe of all cache, internal and external, might fix it. If not, a trip to sprint for an exchange might be in order.
