Yes i had the same exact problem.
Tried clearing cache, reinstalling playstore and all but nothing worked. I even checked if my date and time were correct and they were.
But, it turns out, they don't just have to be correct, they have to set to manual and not automatic network provided time.
When i set my time and date manually my playstore started to work perfrctly fine.
I hope it helps.

Alright my previous reply was not really very helpfull.. nevermind that but now i have some usefull information...
My playstore started working when i connected the internet with a different source..

I get that every so often. Turning airplane mode on then off again usually takes care of it.

It worked but after 2-3 hours I need to it again and again , will after unrooting it will work for lifetime? I have a ROOTED tablet, will unrooting help me? Thanks
