Netflix won't accept login and password

Netflix won't accept my login and password and I've already spoken to Netflix, tried uninstalling, tried clearing cache, uninstalling...the info I'd correct but it won't accept it, any one know how to fix it?

Welcome to the forums. Obvious question, but are you able to login to the website (on a pc)?
