    Default SMS software..any suggestions?

I have been looking online and wanted to get your opinion on what SMS software you like to use.

I have been using the stock SMS/Messaging Apk for the last 8 months I have owned my SGIII and looking at other options.

Tried CHOMP, GO SMS, Tetra, ....any other suggestions?

Just something that works and works for you......thank you in advance.

    I'm satisfied with Handcent.
PLEASE, when asking for help provide as much information as possible. We can't help unless we know what the symptoms are and what you did before they began.

In my opinion none is better than Textra. I'm a former iPhone user who has been very, very disappointed with the quality of texting apps for Android, especially when it comes to MMS. Textra works the best, hands down.

I've been using Handcent for the last couple years, the popup reply window is awesome! And it's so customizable it's ridiculous.

I think Go SMS paid version is really good. It has different wallpapers and emojis that you can apply.

I've been using GO SMS Pro for the past 4-5 years and I love it. It's basically free, but you can upgrade to the paid version to gain more features. It's extremely customizable and simple to use. I highly recommend you give it a try.
