4.3 Sprint GS3: How to (re)root phone again?

So I lost root, which I expected. Is there an easy way to root my phone again? Thanks.

thanks, got it to work. Tethering was broken upon 4.3 update, so I bought the other one in the Google Play store for $1.98 and that worked on my GS3 Sprint and 4.3 update!
