Getting an upgrade next month.

So I'm upgrading next month to a new phone. I have a rooted gs3.my question is do I have to unroot my gs3 before I trade it in or is it ok to leave it?

I traded in my rooted Note 2 into T-Mobile and they didn't say anything to me. If you wanna be on the safe side, you could always unroot of just flash a stock ROM.
