Problem saving images from app? [snapchat]

Hi guys, I'm pretty new around here but I'm not sure where exactly to go to ask this! I have searched to no avail with the problem I am facing...
When I try to save my OWN photo after taking a snap (it gives you an option to save), I constantly get a "Snap failed ):" message I have rebooted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and logged off and on a few times. If this is the app's fault, or this thread is in the wrong place I sorely apologize.
Any help greatly appreciated

I don't use the app but it sounds like an app problem, and a quick look through the Google Play Store comments suggested that you're not the only one with Camera-related issues.

If you take a picture before starting the app does that work ok?
