    Default Notification

I was hoping to get some help with the notifications......I am an iphone guy from way back and was wondering if the HTC One can be set to activate the screen when a text message is received?? Also if the amount of time the screen stays on, because mine only stays on for about 5 seconds, then I must type in pass lock. Thanks in advance for any help!!

Also take a look at Sliding Messaging.
It's an app in Google Play.
There's a free and pro version, the link is for the Pro.
