Custom roms?

Hey question I can't install any other rpms anymore . It'll get to the lock screen on the new Rom and I cant unlock it at all do you know why this is?

What version Rom are you installing? And what version are you on at the moment? And what recovery are you using? Twrp 2.6.3 is the only recovery recommended for installing 4.3 roms.

The roms I want are 4.2 and only 4.3 seems to work. I know a lot about rooting and hacks. This has never happened to me. The phone with boot get to the lockscreen and I can't unlock it at all
