I dont know if it has anything to do with the recent update but ever since then its very hard to hear the other person on the other line. The In Call volume is all the way up and I did a factory reset with no backup restore. Everything fresh from scratch. Call Sprint, they want me to bring it to a store but I'm pretty sure they are going to do a factory reset as well before issuing a replacement. I'll call HTC on Monday to see if they know anything. In the meantime I would appreciate any advice from the forum. Thanks
