BEWAR ZV8_13 Update w/ Root Keeper --> LOST ROOT

Installed and ran rootkeeper backed up SU, did the OTA and LOST ROOT!
Rootkeeper was unable to properly restore root.

Going to have to try and reroot tonight.

Thanks for the info, I have the update sitting on my phone. I was debating on installing it so i guess i will wait. Good luck on re-rooting.

Is it safe to do the OTA with root? I'm rooted, with TWRP and various rot based apps.

My understanding is with a custom recovery it is NOT SAFE check XDA for a workaround.

Thanks. I've not been having much luck getting other methods to work. Can't even return to stock.
