XDA posters are saying that its 3G only.Hello, will this give only 3g wireless tethering, as before, or will it give the user wireless 4g tethering?
What kind of issues?I had my issues with the kernel, so Im just using the Wireless Tether app...

You weren't by chance trying it while your phone was plugged into your computer were you?It just didnt work. The Tether acted just like it did on stock 2.3.5 and I couldnt connect.

The app works for both 3G and 4G.Well great oden's raven, as a matter of fact I WAS.
Does the wireless tether app work for 4g? If it doesnt Im switching back to the stock option.
(I live barely outside 4G so I cant test this right now)
The reason that gets the biggest buzz these days is some tablets....I think the Zoom and the Samsung's....need to connect to an infrastructure setup. Laptop wise it doesn't really matter that I'm aware of unless you want to start worrying about range and how many devices are connected, etc. What's the difference b/w info and ad-hoc?
