So I've been running cm7 stable for a while and I want to try Google wallet. Where do I get a zip for it and is there anything special I need to do? Wipe anything?

haha, Check out XDA, you'll need to do a full wipe for it to work properly. But once you get it up, you get the $10 and it works like a charm.

If you do not want to do a full wipe then go with the NSCollab 1.0.51 rom. you can get it off of rom manager. it is a CM7 hybrid so to speak that is very stable and includes wallet in the build. I have been on CM7 nightlies for a while and really like this NSCollab rom right now.

I never wiped and it works perfectly for me with cm7

With v5 patch, you don't need to wipe. Worked for me without wiping.
