    Cool Re: ICS-Dooderbutt-4.0.3-v1

i have ROOT ACCESS on my phone
download this file from this post and flash it through recovery.

What i did before flashing is go into the Superuser App and set it to "auto-allow requests" and then Flash, i have Root Explorer and Screenshot it working with no problems.

Warning: it does break the SuperUser APK file, it'll open n close on its own.

go to this post if u want a custom kernel for ICS

I have been using this build for a few hours now and I must say, it runs so much better than 2.3. SO much smoother and less clunky than before. For the first time I think Android is finally as polished as iOS, or darn close to it.

I am having problems with facebook app now, any fix for this?

What's the advantage of this ROM versus oICSv29? I am using oICSv29 right now and everything works and its very smooth.

Just trying to see if there's any incentive for me to flash this.

oICS is based off Android 4.0.1 whereas this is 4.0.3

I believe the Nexus S ICS release does not have it.

Personally, if the one in the Galaxy Nexus ports worked to it's fullest potential on this device: I don't want it. Didn't work well.

Face unlock isn't secure either. It is really just a fun little novelty. Google has already stated it wasn't secure. Galaxy nexus owners have used pictures of themselves and successfully unlocked their phones.

Says "Roaming Indicator Off" on my lock screen where it usually says Sprint. Is there a fix for that?

Boot into recovery, wipe everything and reflash the ROM.
