I flashed apps v36 this morning and waiting for koush's new one (my preference)

Anyway, here are a couple of do's and dont's that you should be forewarned of if you start flashing.

Kernels -just read that many of the labeled ics kernels aren't working because they are built on GB, so read and research carefully. I'm running with stock till I see what is there. Glados 2.0 for ics is allegedly doing fine, built off 3.0 kernel.

But beware, you need to check, not just flash and then holler for help.

Fergie's 1% mod which used to work great, fried my iu. Had to reflash to get it working again. He is supposed to be updating. Again this is labeled ics but doesn't work.

Check the op, see if it says the new build or you could have problems. Better to go slow and add when sure than try to figure out how to fix

So read, then retread before you do something. And then ask if not sure

this is probably what has been happening with me. every kernel I have flashed has resulted in a boot loop followed by a re-flash. good times, nice to know what is actually going on. I guess I'll just wait.
