How to install this Clock widget?

I found this Widget and I want it. It says to install it in the System App Folder? But I cant find it where is this? And do i install the .zip? Or unzip it and install the .apk within the zip?

oh wait I think this is for the Samsung Galaxy S II but I think this would work for our phones. Any idea how to go about it?

(I unzipped the files in the .zip and there is an apk in there, i could not install it, I had this exact widget designed for ICS (the colors) but it had a square border around it, I like this one because it is transparent...)

Yes this clock is designed for the SGSII which obviously uses "DigitalClock.apk" in their system files. We on the other hand use DeskClock.apk on AOSP.

You could try renaming it to DeskClock.apk and see if it will work.
