whats a good rom and kernel?

i am going to try the rom and kernel method because the stock ics just isnt cutting it sprint even gave me a new ns4g saying it was the phone but its still the same so ima try the roms and kernels to see if they help. thanks in advance

Look for Peter Alfonso Bugless Beast, very stable ROM for being a nightly, probably the most stable ROM for our phones out there.

I've been having surprisingly good luck with gummy 1.0.3 on the stock kernel which is one of the Air kernel weeklies.
