This is strange. I don't even have the oem charger any more. I use a 1 amp HTC charger from my EVO, a 1 amp palm charger from my Treo Pro, and a .8 amp blackberry charger. All work in GB or ICS. I'm on the stock 4.0.4 right now and have never seen this problem.

Did this start happening the moment you went to 4.0.4? How did you get to ICS? Did you OTA, fastboot, etc.

It's a long shot but perhaps a factory reset might fix it?

I cannot charge from either my LG charger or the generic charger I got with my nexus (eBay). I had to purchase an OEM Samsung charger. I started off with ics so just thought it was a normal oddity. My guess it is ics kernel related. We had similar charging issues on the optimus s when it updated to gingerbread the first time.

I was stock when it started then i did full reset and nothing sprint even replaced the phone cause the first one sometimes wouldn't charge witj oem Samsung charger then rooted

Yeah the only two chargers mine charges from is the OEM charger or a HTC charger no other charger will work

I've experienced none of these problems, I got my Nexus S already ics installed, but two family members got the upgrade ota on sprint with no issues.
