    Default On CM with gapps installed, will I get updates to Google Play?

    I just read that Google Play is being updated to a new version. Will I get that (OTA) on my Cyanogenmod device or do I have to download it manually?

    How do you know that gapps was installed successfully? After install via CWM, there were no Google apps installed and I had to grab them from the play store anyway.

    If you had the play store then they installed. If you can download it from the play store it isn't needed in the gapps package.
