Google Music: local music only

This wasn't an issue on my Epic 4G, so I don't know why it's an issue on my Nexus.

I have some music stored on my Nexus "SD card". I also have ALL my music on the Google cloud server. When I load Google music, it only sees music on my Nexus. I have associated Google Music with the appropriate email account. I have cleared data. I have reinstalled Google music, yet every time I load Google Music, it will not list the music on the cloud server -- only the local music.

Any reason why this might be?

Accounts & Sync.........is Music checked and do you have Sync on?
