I am wondering if we are not seeing face unlock for ICS on Nexus S device because of the 1 megapixel difference in front facing camera.

Has there been any mention of it being there? Did it work on the AOSP roms?

Why wouldn't it work? My Visidon AppLock works fine.

You may want to try FaceLock for apps Pro:

new it comes with face unlock too

Facelock can and does work on an NS4G, just not very well due to the VGA front camera. I added it on to my phone and when the lighting was right it worked great. After about a day, it started annoying me, as half the time it did not recognize and i had to enter a code each time. It will work, but not always which is why we wont get it. It is easy to add, but IMO not worth the trouble.

lol of course its not gonna work in lil to no light(the VGA camera) but I got the 4.04 ics leak and it work wonders I NEVER wanna go back to gb

see I thought I had Face Unlock and now its gone. How do I get it back? Is there a way for me to re install 2.3 and than go back and install 4.04?
