First off, I dunno if this issue has been posted before but if it has, I can't seem to find it and I do apologize.

My question is, is it just me or has the youtube video quality gone downhill for the past 2 months or so? I keep it on HQ, no preload and always watch it when I'm at a fast w-fi connection or good 4G signal. At first, I thought it was the latest app update so I uninstalled and went to the stock version but that didn't do anything and when I compared it so my friends HTC ONE S, he seems to have no problems on quality. I went to a Sprint store to try out a S2 youtube app and it was giving out the same problem so I'm coming to my theory its only the Samsung phones. If I am wrong on this, please let me know if this is effecting anyone else as well, thanks.
