Daylight Savings NOT Updating

I tried restarting my phone this morning, but it still shows the wrong time. Anyone else having this problem? How do I fix it?

I noticed when I woke up this morning that my time had reverted back 2 hours instead of the expected 1. When I looked under Settings->Date & time, I noticed that my time zone was set to Mountain Standard (I am on Central Standard). I unchecked the Automatic time zone option and manually changed the "Select time zone" setting to be the correct one. This fixed my time.

Mine jumped back two hours too. I just turned it off and rebooted and it fixed the error.
